Lost 3.2 pounds! Also just finished day 1 level 1 of ripped in 30!
I now weigh 162.2! So that is my starting weight for ripped in 30! I took measurements and before photos (got my sister to help!) so hopefully in 30 days I’ll have visible progress!
My thoughts on level 1 of ripped in 30:
I LOVED IT.
It wasn’t easy but I didn’t have to stop or anything because I knew some of the moves from the 30 day shred!
I used 3kg weights for everything except circuit 3!! :)
Overall I’m happy with how it started off but I’d say I’ll be sore tomorrow!
