Tonight I started resistance level 3 on my ellitical trainer. About 10 secs in I realized it was too easy. Sure enough it was still set on 2. Easily remidied.
"Alright! Let’s do this," I thought. "This is gonna be good!"
Hahaha! little did I know! About the 2:45 min mark my knees were screaming “Ow! Ow ow ow ow!”
Huh? They’ve not hurt before while I’ve been on the elliptical. Pshaw! I can do this!
Riiiiiight! At 5 mins I was already bargining with myself. Just let’s go to 10 mins.
Made it. And couldn’t wait to get off. That’s ok. It was still a great work out! I’m covered in sweat :)
