- Please warm up before stretching to avoid hurting yourself!
- Aim to hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds.
- Don’t force your body. Take it slow and your flexibility will come with time.
- Give your body rest days!

I need to stop pretending like my weight is keeping me from achieving my yoga goals.
Just 14 minutes of Wii Fit Plus Yoga, but I feel awake now.
I’ve figured out what kinda yoga I’d probably like. Vinyasa, Anusara, or Power Yoga.
What I still can’t figure out is which dvd program to get. They don’t exactly label them with the different
yogas yogis (??).
First look for what kind of Yoga suits you :)

I’m thinking about buying a Yoga for Beginners dvd. Any suggestions?
I’m such a beginner I don’t know what “Asana” is. So I don’t think youtube will help.
Does this yoga move get any easier as you get used to it?
